1 General Provisions

The following mobile payment methods can be used to deposit funds at pg333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each of these three methods is ৳100.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activity, and balances held in your account are safe and secure.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening an account at pg333 for the first time, a 200% bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available on the first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• pg333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household or per IP address.
• If misuse or strategic exploitation of a bonus is detected, the account may be closed.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

pg333's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a player's overall activity and loyalty. Cashback bonuses may also be subject to terms and conditions, and pg333 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pg333 and will result in immediate account closure:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.

6.2 Financial Misconduct

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
• Attempting fraudulent withdrawals through credit card chargebacks.

6.3 Restricted Persons

Officers, employees, agents of pg333, or their close relatives may not open an account or play games on this platform.

7 Gaming Rules

pg333 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
• Use of a false identity or documents.
• Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus remaining in the account may be forfeited.

13 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between pg333 and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:
